M.M Linen are happy for you to return your item(s) subject to the conditions below, as we understand you may have a change of mind or ordered the incorrect size/colour.
For purchases from our stockists, please return item(s) directly to the stockist, as each stockist will have their own terms and conditions relating to returns.
Please note, we do not accept returns from our wholesale clients. Please contact us directly via 'info@mmlinen.com' to discuss further.
Please see below for our conditions for accepting return item(s).
- Applies to full priced purchases only and excludes sale items, bedheads and wallpaper murals
- Item(s) are returned within 14-days of receiving the product
- Item(s) are unwashed, or unused and in their original condition
- Item(s) are returned with their original packaging
- Return form completed in full to ensure your return is processed correctly
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on duvet inners, pillow inners and mattress toppers
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged, in which case we will refund your purchase in full, including postage.
